Cooking is one of the most easy to train skill. So long as you have a fire/range and the raw material bread dough ,shrimp or raw meat you can cook and train your cooking skill.
Bread dough as you learn in tutorial island is made by mixing pot of flour with water. Then it is cooked only on a range to produce bread.
Shrimp is caught using a net and if your bring a wood and tinderbox you can start a fire on the spot and cook what you have caught.
Raw beef is collected by killing cows. This method is also good for training attack skills and crafting as they drop Cowskin that can be tan into leather that can be used for making crafting leather armours.
